Where necessary this information will be shared with our delivery service providers such as payment processing providers and shipping agents in order to fulfil your order. 

We do also use Wix to power our website, which means that your information will be shared with them, however your personal information is shared solely for the purpose of our online sales. 

Other than this your details will never be shared with any other third party.

The information we collect may be used to personally keep in touch with you and let you know of new product, special offers, news and promotions should you choose to opt into our mailing subscription, you will be able to opt out of these messages at any time.

You do have the right to request all of your personal information or if you wish, for all your information to be removed from our data.

We want you to have 100% confidence when paying for your order, we take direct card payments and payments through Applepay. None of your payment details are stored and are only used to process payments on your single orders. 

RETURNS

We understand that when ordering online, you may have a change of heart when you have received them, this is completely acceptable and we do offer a full refund on all products, however we do kindly ask, when returning items all items are returned within 21 days and in an unused/unopened state. A full refund will be processed as soon as we have received the items. When returning an item it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return postage.
